Bridle refunds are not available due to biosecurity reasons, but if the size isnt right we will give you a promo code to order the correct one.
Returns & Exchanges
At Millbrook, we're committed to offering high-quality equestrian apparel at fair prices. We intentionally operate on very small margins so we can pass the best possible value directly to our customers. Because of this, we ask that you carefully review our return policy before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
- Any items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Millbrook is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
Restocking Fee
To help cover the costs associated with processing returned merchandise while continuing to offer competitive pricing, all approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to your original method of payment, less the applicable 10% restocking fee.
Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.
